Greg is Chief of Staff and Chief Operations Officer at Horizon Government Affairs. In this capacity he has oversight and responsibility over HGA activities, strategy, and growth.
He comes by way of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) where he was Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, developing forward-leaning policy, public affairs solutions, and campaigns on behalf of the Pharmacy Benefit Managers industry.
His advocacy experience spans more than two decades at the federal and state levels and with deep knowledge of insurance and pharmaceutical industries.
