Sandy has worked with Horizon Government Affairs since 2012 and oversees the financial operations of the firm.
Sandy has many years of financial experience. Before joining Horizon, Sandy was the Chief Operating Office and a Partner at Seneca Capital Management for 11 years. Prior to that, Sandy was the Director of Finance for the San Francisco Newspaper Agency for 4 years and previously was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young for 9 years.
Sandy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
