Colton joined Horizon Government Affairs in October 2019. His focus areas include telehealth, privacy, insurance coverage issues, and Medicare Part B. Colton works with Horizon’s health IT coalition, the Health Innovation Alliance, as well as with the Health Benefits Institute, which focuses on maximizing consumer choices in health insurance.
Colton received a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia.
