Jennifer specializes in legislative and regulatory developments within the biopharmaceutical sector
Jennifer joined Horizon Government Affairs in 2008 and focuses on legislative and regulatory developments within the biopharmaceutical sector with a particular emphasis on rare diseases. Jennifer is on a mission to empower rare disease patients and those who care for them to understand healthcare policy and advocate for policies that positively impact the rare disease community.
Prior to joining Horizon, Jennifer was Vice President of Healthcare Research at a mid-sized healthcare advisory and financial services firm, where she was responsible for anticipating and translating legislative and regulatory catalysts for her clients. She is also a veteran of Capitol Hill and the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Jennifer is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania and Temple University. She currently serves on the board of the Everylife Foundation for Rare Diseases and is an active member of the Virginia Bluebell Chapter of the National Charity League.
