Shannon joined Horizon in May 2023. She specializes in drug pricing legislation but also has experience working on issues related to telehealth, public and private health coverage, and mental and behavioral health. Shannon’s expertise is especially valuable in her work on Horizon’s coalition on healthcare affordability, the Council for Affordable Health Coverage.
Shannon received her Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
